Change Consult Group (CCG) was established in 2013 after observing that most organizations do experience numerous challenges in their operations which necessitates for new way of thinking, strategic thinking and leadership so that they are able to sail through the turbulent environment. CCG therefore has a number of services which can mitigate the challenges in a professional way.

The services we provide include the following: Trainings, Research, Consultancy, Third Party Recruitment, Team Building, Event Management, E-Management Systems, Mediation of Disputes. 

CCG develops and administers its services in a way that leads to long term relationships between itself and its clients through professional service delivery and most importantly monitoring and evaluation of the delivered services in order to see if they are adding value to their operations.

Each time a client has acquired a service from CCG, necessary tools are provided for implementation, tracking of progress and at intervals CCG assess if there is improvement in the individuals, communities or organizations that benefited from the services in line with their strategic plans, mission and work plans.

CCG is a consultancy firm that believes in positive participatory change of operations since we are aware that the environment that organizations operate in is continuously changing.
